Jae Chang

Jae’s detail-oriented and over-educated tendencies serve her well in collaborating with SPS’s instruction team. Her manifold professional trajectories as a bookseller and distributor, college counselor, gallery girl, grant writer, close-reading and composition instructor, media archivist, and metadata and informatics maven (among others) have taught her that people’s core interests may express themselves in unexpected ways and lead them to far-flung places.

Jae holds a BA in Psychology from Amherst College; two MAs, one in Comparative Literature and another in Moving Image Archive Studies, from UCLA; and a certificate in College Counseling from UCLA Extension because…well, see above. What she would really like, however, is a kitten that rides on her shoulders.
